How To Use

1. Add two tablespoons of your steam to a heatproof bowl and pour hot water over until the bowl is a third full.
2. Set the bowl on a low table you can lean over.
3. Cover your head with a towel to create a steam tent and hold your face around 30cm above the water.
4. Breathe deeply and steam for around 10 minutes before cleansing and applying your favourite serum or moisturiser.
