How to Use

Place the heat pack in a microwave of up to 1000 watts and heat for 60 seconds. Remove carefully — the pack will be hot. Allow to cool slightly before applying to the skin. Always place a thin cloth or towel between the heat pack and bare skin to avoid discomfort. Do not overheat. Do not use if the pack is damaged or leaking. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

The heat pack can also be chilled in the freezer for use as a cold therapy pack — place in a sealed bag before freezing.
