Review: Redken Fashion Waves

I’ve always loved the wavy beach hair look. I think it’s effortlessly stylish and incredibly pretty so the fact that you can now get that look in a can is just amazing! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical to begin with. I’ve tried other sea salt sprays in the past and they made my hair crunchy (not a great look!) so as a brand, I trusted Redken would pull it out the bag! You can use sea salt spray on wet or dry hair, although it is easier for just washed hair. Simply shake the can and spray 2 inches away from your hair all over. Finish by scrunching up your hair in your hands and leave to dry. Redken’s Fashion Waves spray was incredibly light; it didn’t feel like I was putting any products in my hair. Even after it dried, my hair is still silky smooth with gorgeous waves and more bounce! What’s even better is there is no hard crunch! Plus, it smells great! Most sea salt sprays have no smell so this was a huge bonus. This spray is now an ultimate summer must-have of mine. I will definitely take this anywhere I go, it’s perfect for a wavy look in the morning or to spray on holiday after the beach! 5/5 xoxo
